Development and Launch of ClaimScrubber

Project: Spearheaded the development and implementation of ClaimScrubber, an advanced claim scrubbing solution.
Problem: This was a very technical and ambitious project that had stagnated. The purpose for the project was:  High claim denial rates were creating inefficiencies, leading to delayed reimbursements and lost revenue.
Solution: Take charge of the Project Management from Day 1. Focus on creating meaningful tasks and stories for each developer to ensure that they completed tasks in a timely and organized fashion. Hands on SQA, and Testing to ensure end result was a finished project.

Result of the Project: Successfully Designed and launched a robust tool that eliminated up to 80% of claim denials by identifying and resolving errors before submission.
Value Delivered: Reduced denied claims for clients, improved cash flow predictability, and significantly increased revenue recovery efficiency.

Custom Client Profitability Matrix

Project: Designed and implemented a comprehensive Client Profitability Matrix for financial decision-making.
Problem: Lack of visibility into which clients were generating profit versus consuming resources inefficiently.
Solution: Built a data-driven tool to measure profitability by client, guiding resource allocation and pricing strategies.
Value Delivered: Identified unprofitable clients and optimized resource focus, leading to a 15% increase in overall profitability.

AI-Driven Process Automation

Project: Integrated AI into the company’s RCM workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.
Problem: Manual billing processes were labor-intensive, prone to errors, and slowed overall efficiency.
Solution: Automated tedious tasks like claim categorization and follow-up prioritization using AI-driven algorithms, as well as Automated Appeal Letter Generator
Value Delivered: Reduced operational overhead, minimized human error, and allowed the billing team to focus on higher-value tasks, increasing productivity by 25% (est.).
